The community opened in 1999 and is now managed by Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, a highly regarded, locally based, non-profit organization with over 140 years of experience in providing multiple levels of continuum of care ranging from independent living, enriched living, memory care to skilled nursing services for seniors.  Forest Park residents are eligible for priority consideration for admission to Episcopal SeniorLife Communities as their needs change.
